Terms and Conditions for London International Music Show 2008

• Tickets For the London International Music Show are non refundable.
• The organisers regret that they must reserve the right to alter or vary the performance/event due to circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• All tickets are subject to availability.
• Tickets will be sent to you by post unless we inform you otherwise.
• Please check tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any person without assigning any reason.
• Disclaimer: “The sponsors and the organisers of the exhibition cannot and do not accept any financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred as a result of:-
  a) contracts entered into by visitors or those connected with them, with any exhibitor, or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor; or
  b) any damage to or loss of visitor’s property whilst at the exhibition; or
  c) death or personal injury caused to any visitor whilst at the exhibition, save insofar as this arises out of their negligence”.

• The organisers reserve the right to remove any person from the exhibition premises without assigning any reason.
• The taking of photographs in the exhibition premises for sale or reward is strictly prohibited except with the written permission of the organisers, and the organisers reserve the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of this condition.
• The sale of articles in the gangways or anywhere in the exhibition premises is strictly prohibited except with the written permission of the organisers, and the organisers reserve the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of this condition.
• In the interests of security the organisers reserve the right to search handbags, briefcases, parcels, luggage etc.
• Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the London International Music Show Box Office or one of its authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.
• We attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be fault free and we cannot be responsible for goods and services offered by us as agents for third party or for any aspects of the relationship between you and the third party.
• We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions and reserve the right to change any of the information found at this site at any time without notice.
• Admission to the venue, the exhibition and the performances is at the ticket holders own risk. Neither the promoter nor the venue management shall be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the premises
• Neither the venue nor the promoter can accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.
• Unauthorised photography or use of recording equipment is prohibited.
• The management reserves the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the venue any person who refuses to be searched by a police officer or security official.
• Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting for the management may be ejected from the venue.
• The promoter reserves the right to alter or change the programme, staging or seating without prior notification.
• No money will be refunded or tickets exchanged after purchase, unless the event is cancelled. In the event of cancellation the promoter’s sole obligation and liability shall be to offer a ticket for an alternative exhibition, if available or a full refund of the face value of this ticket. No other claims will be entertained.
• No duplicate tickets will be issued for lost tickets.
• Children under 5 are not allowed entrance into the live performance hall without suitable hearing protection.
• Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and or audio recording of this event, and or elements thereof in any/ all media throughout the world.
• No tickets may be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the written consent of the promoter. Any ticket re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become voidable and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the venue.
• Please ensure compatibility with your own equipment before purchase at the show and for your own protection please obtain a receipt for all goods at time of purchase. Security will check all receipts against purchased goods.
