Main Live Hall Information

The main live Hall is located at the far end of the exhibition towards the east entrance of ExCeL. You will be issued with a wristband upon entry to the show to gain access back into the main exhibition hall.

Capacity for the main hall is 2000 and operates on a first come, first served basis so we apologise if you are denied access due to full capacity. A separate ticket is required for certain concerts but no extra tickets are required for the rest of artists and bands appearing. We do have to clear the hall between each act and you may have to join a queue before access is allowed. The Main Live hall is a standing venue and works on a first come first served basis – Drummer Live is seated and also works on first come first served basis. We apologise if you cannot see the act of your choice due to full capacity.

Due to the potentially high decibel levels in the main live hall visitors are advised not to bring children under the age of 5 into this area or if you have to make sure they have adequate hearing protection.
